The Winery

After growing and selling premium grapes for 90 years to some of Argentina's best known wineries, we are proud to announce the launch of Bodega Doña Elvira. We will be releasing our 2004 production of Malbec, Cabernet and Syrah in the fall of 2005.

Situated on over 200 acres of our vineyards, Bodega Doña Elvira lies in the high altitude wine growing district of Vista Flores in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, one of Argentina's premium wine growing regions. Located at 1000 meters (3,300 feet) above sea level, the winery is at the base of the inspiring Andes. The winery was inspired by the 1914 minimalist architecture of the vineyard's original house which is now our tasting room.

Currently, we grow Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo and Chardonnay. Our wines are made exclusively with our grapes. The state-of-the-art winery has an 11,000 case production capacity which was designed with the most gentle wine making techniques in mind to ensure the highest quality possible.

We are committed to delivering low yield, high-quality boutique wines using state-of-the-art wine making technology coupled with a hands-on approach to cultivation, harvest and wine making.
